Pressure Die Casting

Our Pressure Die Casting facility has machines ranging from 125 Tons to 1600 Tons capable of producing aluminum alloy castings from 125g to 15000g.

Facilities for surface treatment like shot blasting and lacquering are available in house. The machine shop is equipped with conventional machines for machining. We produce quality components for brackets, oil coolers, rocker covers, water pump body, oil pump body, hub, bush, cylinder head cover and various components.

Our component supplies cover those required for cars, trucks, auto components, auto electrical, two wheelers, tractors, textile machinery and earth moving equipments.

Plastic Injection Molding

We have installed machines ranging from 65 tons to 1000 tons clamping force that roll out plastic parts for automobiles, consumer appliances, and furniture and telecommunication connectors.

This facility also has equipped for post molding operations like spray-painting, screen-printing and so on.

Auxiliary facilities like hot-runner controller mould temp controller, hopper driver and drying/annealing ovens also available.
